A Note From Brandee...
I, too, have felt uninspired with camping food options but that all changed in 2020.
Amidst a global pandemic, my husband and I found ourselves pivoting our travel plans and decided to explore via camper instead of a plane. We mapped out a 2-week camping road trip for which I researched, planned, and prepped easy recipes that I could be made on a single burner or over a campfire. One month later, Off the Grid Provisions - A Camping Recipe Guide, Volume 1 was born!
Since then I have created Volume 2 - A Backpacking Recipe Guide, and now Volume 3 - A Camping Recipe Guide. At Bee Collective Wellness, we don't do boring and bland. Just like a great meal, life needs some added seasonings and spice.
