It’s approximately the size of a penny and is worn discreetly on the back of your arm.

Your first session is typically booked 5–8 days after you begin collecting CGM data, allowing enough time to observe meaningful patterns.
Each weekly Zoom Strategy Session is a focused, supportive space where we review your CGM data together.
